edEdward Maya is a whole musical package (producer, performer, composer & musician) from Romania. He graduated from “George Enescu” music High School in Bucharest and is currently a final year student at the National University of Music in Bucharest (Bucharest Conservatory).  

 

In 2008 he produced the album that helped relaunch the band Akcent, appearing on the international music market with hits like Stay with me, That's my name and Lover's cry, all under the Edward Maya brand / signature

. The year 2009 brought a surprise on the Romanian musical market, the first song “Stereo Love” signed by Edward Maya as a producer and artist quickly becoming a real hit in clubbing places all over the world.   The incredible success of ”Stereo love” was followed by concerts worldwide, the song reaching the pop charts in Greece,Dubai ,Russia,France, Albania ,Lebanon ,Armenia,Portugal, Poland, The Netherlands, Egypt, Spain, Italy, Turkey, etc. 

Currently Edward Maya is back in the studio working on new projects, as a producer and artist.

Stereo Love is a very very good music, but u used an Azeri music called "Bayatilar" in Stereo Love and didn't mentioned neither its name nor its composers name , it is unethical according to author rights. If u don't belive me, just wrtide down "Bayatilar" in the google and u will find that this music was written in 1990s by Azeri composer .

Levent Yuksel also have stolen that music from us, u know it is plagiarism!!! only one jazz group from germany used that music in their performance and stated the name of composer and the music, but others like Keti Garbi, Levent Yuksel, Edward Maya etc. have stolen that music!!!! it is not fair, don't u know about the author rights???

Am ascultat aceasta melodie acum doua saptamani la Radio NRJ Dijon si mi-am dat seama dupa ritmurile de acordeon ca e romaneasca (sper ca nu ma insel in privinta instrumentului)... Sincer, toti prietenii mei francezi imi vorbesc despre asta, o adora, si sunt tare mandra sa spun ca e un roman care a compus-o! Pas mal, continue comme ca, tu cartonnes!
